ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Annelien

I’m a junior UX and digital designer trying to find my way through the wild west of the online world. My goal is to create user friendly and accessible products that help make this world a better place.

I have studied Communication & Multimedia Design at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, but after a few years decided to find my own way through freelance work. My entire life, I’ve been finding various ways to express myself creatively. Drawing, painting, writing, music… I’ve done and loved it all. Now, I’m using these artistic insights and combining it with my technical knowledge to create unique and user-friendly experiences.

My skillset and style are constantly evolving as I grow both as a person and designer. As a person, I find joy in finding solutions to other people’s problems. As a designer, I want this solution to be as user friendly, effective and ethical as possible. With this ambition, I’m constantly challenging myself to learn something new, whether it’s new software, techniques or styles.
