Website building

While working for Kersvers Digital, I redesigned the website for cleaning company Spotlezz to improve its look & feel and usability. Their click-through-rate is now much higher, making it more likely that visitors will hire Spotlezz to clean their offices, showrooms, apartments and more.
When the owner of Spotlezz asked Kersvers Digital to improve their marketing strategy, we all quickly came to the realisation that their website would have to make some significant improvements if they wanted to attract more customers. It was up to me to sketch and build a redesign of the website that would be a proper visiting card for their company.
Their previous website had hardly any information about how Spotlezz worked or why someone would choose to hire them specifically. As such, the redesign needed to include their story, unique selling points and information on their cleaning process, while still focussing the visitor on a single call-to-action. This information needed to be on the landing pages as well, considering that the new marketing strategy would allow more visitors to come through social media campaigns.
The design itself was also left wanting, with clashing high contrast colours and small texts, making it very difficult to read. I had to improve their look & feel, while still staying true to their brand and making the design unique enough to distinguish them from competitors.

The end result is a culmination of multiple feedback rounds with marketing experts and the customer, resulting in a website that can truly have a positive impact for their company. The design keeps the freshness of their branding, while maintaining a better structure that improves the usability. Users now have everything they need to make an informed decision on whether Spotlezz is the right cleaning company for them.
