Glorious Antiques is a new webshop that offers restored and preserved antiques, in order to bring joy to people’s lives. They asked me to make a website that showed off their most beautiful products.
On this website, customers can find and shop for historical fashion and antiques from the Regency era to the early 1900s. People can search with a filter based on category and price, or search for items manually.
SHOPPING BASED ON HISTORICAL ERA
Historical clothing and other antiques can differ incredibly based on the era they’re from. From the Regency to Edwardian era, this webshops helps people find their style.
GETTING PEOPLE INTERESTED IN NEEDLE WORK
Fixing antique clothing with sewing machines isn’t always possible due to the fragility of the fabric. To help people maintain their clothing, the website also offers a blog with tutorials on how people can do needle work to fix stains and damages.
a webshop without online payment
Glorious Antiques appreciates a lot of personal connection with their customers and they wanted to leave the option of changing the pricing and payment based on the customer’s means. Due to this, I had to make the webshop possible without payment, so that all transactions could be made through private email.
